Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in advising and leading high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the IT function aligns with organizational goals, while also providing strategic insights and solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize system performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Strong understanding of human resources management processes and best practices. - Experience with system integration and data migration within Oracle HCM. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
