Project Role : Technology Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will resolve incidents and problems across various business system components. Your typical day will involve ensuring operational stability, creating and implementing Requests for Change, and updating knowledge base articles to enhance troubleshooting effectiveness. You will collaborate with vendors and assist service management teams in analyzing and resolving issues, contributing to a seamless operational flow and improved service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills. - Monitor and report on the performance of business system components to identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in NEXThink. - Strong analytical skills to assess system performance and troubleshoot issues. - Experience in creating and managing Requests for Change. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors. - Familiarity with knowledge management practices to enhance documentation and support. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in NEXThink. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
