Description

• Maintaining the physical structure, mechanical systems, safety standards, and overall functionality of the property to ensure a safe, comfortable, and seamless experience for guests and staff.

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s engineering and maintenance department.

• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and other departments for seamless project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in engineering or maintenance roles, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity, preferably in a hotel operations.

• In-depth understanding of hotel building systems                                                                                      - HVAC, plumbing, electrical, elevators, and fire safety.

• Experience in managing refurbishment, renovation, or upgrade projects within hotels.
