Food & Beverage Manager

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Food & Beverage team to ensure high performance and engagement

• Oversee daily F&B operations while ensuring all brand standards and quality requirements are consistently met

• Develop and implement new concepts, menus, products, and service offerings

• Monitor financial performance, optimize costs, and support revenue growth

• Create memorable and high-quality dining experiences for our guests

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Food & Beverage management role

• Proven experience in leading and managing a team

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Passion for food, beverage, and guest experience

• Ability to think creatively and drive continuous improvement
