Reservation Managerは、Accorグループの一員として、ホテルの宿泊予約業務全般を統括し、収益最大化とゲスト満足度向上を担っていただくポジションです。

主な業務内容

  • 宿泊予約部門の統括・スタッフマネジメント

  • 個人・団体予約の管理および調整

  • 各種予約チャネル(電話、メール、OTA、GDS 等)の管理

  • 客室在庫・料金管理(Revenue Management チームとの連携)

  • 予約システム(Accor指定システム)の運用

  • 他部門(フロント、セールス、レベニュー)との連携

  • ゲスト対応およびクレームハンドリング

  • 各種レポート作成、KPI管理

As a Reservation Manager at an Accor Group hotel, you will be responsible for overseeing all reservation operations, optimizing room revenue, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. This role plays a key part in supporting the hotel’s commercial strategy while leading and developing the reservations team in line with Accor brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Reservations Department

  • Supervise, train, and motivate the reservations team

  • Handle individual and group reservations across all channels (phone, email, OTA, GDS, etc.)

  • Manage room inventory and rates in coordination with Revenue Management

  • Ensure accurate use of reservation systems and PMS (Accor-approved systems)

  • Collaborate closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams

  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaint resolution

  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance analysis (KPIs)

Qualifications

  • チームマネジメント経験

  • 英語:日常会話~ビジネスレベル(読み書き・会話)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel reservations

  • Business-level Japanese proficiency

  • Conversational to business-level English proficiency
