Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

• Prospect and identify high-potential businesses in your Dutch-speaking region that need MongoDB's NoSQL database solutions for modern applications.
• Partner with Account Executives to design and execute high-impact inbound and outbound campaigns, from idea to qualified opportunity.
• Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads, understanding their pain points with legacy databases and how MongoDB Atlas solves them.
• Master MongoDB's product suite, including Atlas, the only multi-cloud, globally distributed developer data platform.
• Engage IT decision-makers and business leaders via targeted phone and email outreach.
• Maintain meticulous lead records in Salesforce to drive effective pipeline management.
• Secure qualified introductory meetings that convert to high-value deals.
• Nurture early-phase opportunities, positioning MongoDB for long-term pipeline success.
• Smash monthly and quarterly quotas while building cross-functional relationships.
• Commit to personal growth through coaching, sales enablement, and MongoDB University courses.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as a MongoDB ADR, bring these essential qualifications:

• Language Mastery: Native Dutch speaker with fluent professional English for global communications.
• Proven Performer: Track record of exceeding targets in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Tech Savvy: Passion for databases, open-source tech, and business-critical IT solutions like MongoDB's NoSQL platform.
• Independent Driver: Exceptional time management, able to thrive solo or with coaching in fast-paced settings.
• Educated Foundation: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Technology, or related fields preferred.
