Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

  • Proactively prospect and develop sales pipelines targeting MongoDB's ideal customer profile in Hong Kong
  • Close new business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual acquisition quotas
  • Strategically engage Engineers, Developers, IT Leaders, technical end users, and CTOs
  • Execute territory sales strategy focused on MongoDB Atlas cloud database adoption
  • Participate in Sales Bootcamp, MEDDIC training, and leadership development programs

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 4+ years quota-carrying field sales experience in fast-paced, competitive enterprise software markets
  • Proven overachievement with consistent sales target attainment
  • Demonstrated success articulating complex technology value, especially databases/NoSQL
  • Expertise building business champions and running sophisticated sales processes
  • Driven, competitive mindset with high EQ, self-awareness, and rapid learning ability
  • Strong time management and opportunity qualification skills
  • Familiarity with databases, developers, and open source technologies (MongoDB experience a plus)
  • Prior Sales Methodology training (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales preferred)
