The Account Executive, Sport Speciality Pacific role at Nike in Melbourne, Victoria, is a pivotal position within the Sport Specialty - Integrated Portfolio Team (IPT). Reporting to the IPT Director, you’ll be part of the dynamic Nike Pacific Marketplace Sales team. This full-time role focuses on day-to-day partner management, Go-To-Market (GTM) excellence, and in-season execution with a consumer-led approach. You’ll manage Sporting Goods, Basketball Specialty, and Distributor partners, driving engagement, growth, and profitability aligned with Nike’s global strategy. Based in Melbourne, expect regular collaboration with marketplace partners and cross-functional teams like Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
Excel in identifying product opportunities, implementing strategies, and fostering high-level customer relationships. Leverage your sports industry knowledge to optimize sales, forecasts, and launches, contributing to Nike’s dominance in the Pacific athletics market.
In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional account teams to achieve seasonal commercial targets and uncover growth opportunities. Core duties include:
