Position Summary

Williams is seeking talented Accounting Analysts at II, III, or Senior levels to join our dynamic finance team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role is pivotal in preparing and reviewing financial information for management decision-making and external reporting, including SEC filings.   • Perform assigned month-end activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, management reporting, SEC reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare, maintain, and develop schedules, reports, and analyses for internal and external customers, with increasing independence at higher levels.
  • Provide and review documentation with clear explanations for internal and external audits.
  • Lead or participate in projects: Senior level leads moderate-complexity projects; III level supports small projects; II level assists under mentorship.
  • Process and analyze significant volumes of data, transactions, and issues.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize business processes using technology and automation, especially at senior levels.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and promote effective communication.
