Position Summary

Williams is seeking talented Accounting Analysts at II, III, or Senior levels to join our dynamic finance team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role is pivotal in preparing and reviewing financial information for management decision-making and external reporting, including SEC filings. Depending on your experience level, you'll handle sophisticated assignments, lead projects, mentor peers, and drive process improvements through technology and automation.

As an Accounting Analyst II, you'll support month-end close processes and reporting under guidance. At the III level, you'll take on more independence, acting as a resource for others. Senior Analysts provide leadership, tackling complex problems and optimizing efficiencies to reduce costs. Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by level but center on core accounting functions in a fast-paced energy environment:

• Perform assigned month-end activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, management reporting, SEC reporting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare, maintain, and develop schedules, reports, and analyses for internal and external customers, with increasing independence at higher levels.
• Provide and review documentation with clear explanations for internal and external audits.
• Lead or participate in projects: Senior level leads moderate-complexity projects; III level supports small projects; II level assists under mentorship.
• Process and analyze significant volumes of data, transactions, and issues.
• Identify opportunities to optimize business processes using technology and automation, especially at senior levels.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and promote effective communication.
• Other duties as assigned, with a strong emphasis on safety as the utmost priority.

Required Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Accounting Analyst II: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related major with strong accounting focus; minimum 2-3 years relevant experience (energy industry preferred).
• Accounting Analyst III: Same degree; minimum 4 years accounting experience in energy industry.
• Accounting Analyst Sr: Same degree; minimum 6 years experience in energy industry accounting.

Preferred: CPA certification, data analytics/automation experience.

Skills and Other Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial acumen.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
