Role Overview

PepsiCo SodaStream is seeking a talented Accounting Operations Associate (Assistant(e) Comptable Fournisseurs/Général(e)) for a 7-month fixed-term contract (CDD) from March to September 2026, covering a maternity leave replacement. Reporting to the General and Supplier Accounting Manager, this role is integral to the Finance department in Carquefou, France. You will manage key accounting functions, including banking operations, supplier invoicing, intercompany transactions, VAT declarations, and process optimizations. This hybrid position offers up to 2 days of telework per week, blending office collaboration with flexible remote work. Key Responsibilities

• Handle intercompany (INTERCO) invoices and balances, ensuring seamless transactions across entities.
• Maintain and update the supplier database, including creation processes and ongoing monitoring.
• Prepare VAT declarations and DEB (Extrastat) filings for regulatory compliance.
• Process, control, and track expense notes for timely reimbursements.
• Participate actively in monthly financial closings to support accurate reporting.
• Implement and optimize accounting processes and financial controls to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements
