Role Overview

As an Accounts Payable Analyst in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, you will play a crucial role in managing PepsiCo's financial operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Validate and register invoices and credit notes from third parties or internal sources.

  • Request and modify document maintenance in SAP, including modifications, blocks, and cancellations.
  • Contact internal users and suppliers regarding invoice registrations and payments.
  • Advise internal users on current policies and procedures.
  • Follow up on supplier and internal user matters.
  • Analyze transient liability aging for corrections in payment or clearance.
  • Prepare and present information for internal and external audits.
  • Verify fiscal requirements of invoices and credit notes for compliance with internal controls and tax norms.
  • Collaborate to foster strong team relationships and participate in AP process improvement projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related fields, and 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting. Proficiency in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, Excel, and ERP SAP is essential. English knowledge at 60% level is required, along with excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a results-oriented approach.
