As an Accounts Receivable Analyst at PepsiCo in the Dominican Republic, you will play a critical role in managing collections, credit analysis, and client account reconciliation for key channels including 3PD, CO-PACKER OT, major chains, centralized clients, and the hotel zone. This position demands precision, strong client service skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure deadlines while contributing to the financial health of our operations. Proactively call or visit clients to reconcile accounts, manage claims effectively, and deliver direct customer service to ensure timely payments.
Handle credit notes for assigned clients, identify and analyze claims, and account for NC by DPP for Distribuidora Corripio (Dist. QKER).
Request payment applications from SSC by uploading layouts to OnBase with supporting documents, review applications, identify bank-compensated payments, and perform accounts receivable analysis.
Plan and communicate weekly collections projections, generate and send weekly DR portfolio reports, keep the commercial team informed on DCSO and key portfolio cases monthly, manage internal/external communications, resolve daily issues, and lead follow-up meetings for portfolio recovery action plans.
We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field (certified technical level accepted with relevant experience). Minimum 2 years in collections management and portfolio administration is essential, along with experience in client interactions and account reconciliation. Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ERP systems like SAP is required. Basic English comprehension for trainings and documentation is necessary. Ideal candidates excel in time management, prioritization, attention to detail, working under pressure, autonomy, teamwork, customer service, and issue resolution.
