Role Overview

The Accounts Receivable Assistant (Auxiliar de Cartera) in Guayaquil, Ecuador, plays a pivotal role in tracking, controlling, and recovering vouchers and sales team documentation in the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) channel. This position bridges commercial, credit and collections, transportation, and billing teams, ensuring accurate accounts receivable application, operational continuity, reliable data for decision-making, and minimized delinquency. Key Responsibilities

Core Duties

  • Follow up on the recovery, validation, and control of vouchers and documentation from the DSD sales team.

  • Conduct weekly accounts receivable reviews with the OPL and commercial area to establish actions preventing delinquency and order blocks.

Coordination and Reporting

  • Coordinate with Credit and Collections for DSD order releases and special case follow-ups.
  • Track DSD channel indicators such as effectiveness, returns, and execution, reporting operational novelties.
  • Collaborate with operational areas like billing, transportation, and warehouse to maintain service continuity and accurate document management.
