Facilitate bi-weekly alignment meetings with Marketing, Shopper Marketing, and Sales teams for agile adjustments. Track implementation status for Top 5 customers, report on effectiveness, and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions.

New Product Development & Launch Management

Co-create launch strategies for NPD, Limited Time Offers (LTOs), and product customizations in partnership with key stakeholders. Secure execution tools and materials, manage implementation builds, and track pre- and post-launch KPIs. Proactively identify gaps and implement corrective actions to maximize launch ROI.

Shopper Sufficiency Model Development & TCP Leadership

Provide analytical input to evolve the Shopper Sufficiency Model, ensuring practical outputs. Lead Total Connection Planning (TCP) from a shopper-centric view, aligning strategies with category insights and commercial goals for optimal in-store engagement.

Strategic Projects & Governance

Lead initiatives for process simplification, standardization, and automation in implementation, launches, and tracking. Drive operational excellence and efficiency in shopper marketing governance.

Sales Leadership

Execute activations aligned with World Class Consumer Engagement processes for Top 5 customers, acting as the key interface between Marketing and Sales for accountability and priority execution.
