In this role, you will help drive the development of automated testing frameworks and systems that validate and ensure the quality of our Content Creation tools through GUI-level functional and regression testing. You will be hands-on in writing code to test the tools that empower our developers and content creators, while also guiding and mentoring other engineers on best practices in automation.This is an opportunity to influence the quality and stability of the pipelines that fuel one of the industry’s most iconic franchises.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain automated GUI functional and regression tests that simulate user interaction and validate complex tool workflows.Build and extend robust, scalable automation frameworks to improve reliability and coverage of Content Creation tools.Collaborate with QA, engineering, and content teams to identify automation needs and ensure comprehensive coverage of user scenarios.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers, fostering best practices in automation and test design.Continuously evaluate and enhance test strategies, frameworks, and processes to increase stability, coverage, and reliability.Requirements5+ years of professional experience in test automation.2+ years of experience in a lead or mentoring capacity.Strong proficiency with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Lua, or similar).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive technical initiatives.Nice to HaveFamiliarity with the Squish Qt testing framework.Advanced Python skills for tools and test development.Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g. Squish Qt, TestComplete, Ranorex, or equivalent).Experience programming in C++ or C#.Experience with continuous integration systems (e.g., Jenkins, TeamCity, GitHub Actions).Knowledge of workflows for content creation or developer tools in game development.We love hearing from anyone who is enthusiastic about changing the games industry. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location.
