The Role: We are part of the global Business Management organization responsible for business partnering with the Component Sales team. Our role is to be the go-to for Sales in all aspects of data analysis, reporting and process improvements. We are building a team to support Sales locally (EMEA) and improve processes and create tools in alignment with the worldwide regional and HQ teams. Responsibilities: Weekly attainment with Sales and Finance Assist in Forecast creation by Sales and loading in SFDC Assist in target setting for Sales (Sales Incentives/rebates) Support Sales reviews and QBRs Assist and align for tool and report creation and maintenance Plan and support process improvements locally in alignment with the worldwide Business Management and Sales teams Partner with cross-functional teams Ad-hoc reports and analysis Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
