THE ROLE: To assist engineers in executions of DOEs, implementing engineering solutions for continuous improvement on Lab equipment, to achieve quality and cycle time to meeting engineering qualification activities schedules. THE PERSON: The candidate should be motivated and have good communication skills. He/She is also preferred to team player to work with the team to deliver results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide basic and higher technical level of debug via root cause analysis in resolving test related issues / provide input to improve equipment consistency to achieve production goals and objectives. Document test results and generate result/report timely. Verification of all engineering work order and release of work orders to the lab. Execute engineering evaluation of equipment upgrades/enhancements and lab equipment maintenance activities per engineering request/procedure. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Understanding of semiconductor testing. Good inter-personal and communication skills ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: Diploma in Electrical / Electronics/ Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering (minimum 3 years for Senior Technician and above related working experience). Or NITEC in Electrical / Electronics/ Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering with minimum 3 years related working experience.
