Collaborate with the AMD Sales team and multinational internal Engineering & BU teams to seek design-in opportunities and provide the technical support to ensure sell-through targets. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 10+ years of Computer/Server technical field support or MNC R&D experience is a MUST. Familiar with basic performance test tool and method. Familiar with x86 architecture and Basic structure of Computer/Server. Familiar with application performance tuning. Familiar with Linux operation system (CentOS, RHEL, SUSE and so on). Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Japanese. Actively and enthusiastically learn new technologies. Strong customer facing and handling ability. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Strong presentation skills in English and Japanese. Strong documents writing and technical training ability.
