THE PERSON: You are a results-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills. You possess attention to detail and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and are comfortable with ambiguity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Review Marketing Funding Program documents and ensure Purchase Orders are created in compliance with Company guidelines Track Purchase Orders and claims to ensure compliance as per Company policies Process claims to ensure compliance as per Company policies Work with various Business Units and Finance team across the regions for month-end close activities Assume full ownership on ad hoc projects, reports and analyses as required PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Good spoken and written in English Enables effective engagement with customers and stakeholders in Greater China market through mandarin proficiency. 2 - 4 years of related working experience is an added advantage A team player and able to work independently with tight deadlines with minimal supervision High levels of proficiency in excel Proactive, detailed oriented and solid analytical skills Assertive, creative and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.
