The team fosters and encourages continuous technical innovation to highlight successes and facilitate continuous career development.  THE PERSON:  We are looking for a dynamic, upbeat Systems Tools Manager to join our growing Datacenter GPU validation team passionate about delivering leading-edge technology.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead a hardworking distributed team passionate about delivering robust technical tools solutions to validate our DCGPU products Own the team to architect, develop, validate, and release tools solution to internal and customer teams Proactively leading project planning, developing, and maintaining schedules, managing dependencies, and ensuring quality of work you are doing at committed landmarks  Working directly with our internal partners and customer facing teams to ensure their needs are addressed by the tools supported Drive debug and resolution of tools related issues across silicon, system, and software teams Develops regular status representing the tools team in program meetings providing status to program and senior management  Drive tools initiatives across organizations to deliver industry leading tools Coaches and mentors' staff  PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Engineering management and technical leadership experience Good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to connect with a variety of engineering fields and management  Good understanding of the technologies, capabilities and challenges involved Experience in SW development cycle Experience in working with global, distributed teams ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent LOCATION: Markham, ON #LI-SL2 #LI-HYBRID Benefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.
