Key Responsibilities at Rivian

In this versatile role, you'll rotate through three core areas, contributing directly to Rivian's seamless service experience:

• Vehicle & Site Operations: Receive and inspect incoming inventory, wash and detail vehicles for pristine delivery readiness, manage logistics like lot organization and shuttling, and uphold 5S principles for a safe, organized service center.
• Service Production Support: Assist technicians on Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and Express Lane tasks, learn safe tool usage (hand and power tools), and ensure workshop equipment is always ready.
• Front-of-House & Parts Support: Greet owners with a welcoming vibe, shadow Service Advisors on work orders and customer documentation, and help the Parts team with stocking, organizing, and fulfilling requests.

Additionally, participate in Rivian's TRAIL program for guided training, mentorship, and RLN modules to accelerate your growth. Expect a flexible 40-hour week with shifts, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons.

Qualifications & Requirements
