Role Overview

The Advisor, Data Management & Governance role within Cardinal Health's Digital Solutions – GMPD Data and Analytics Management organization is pivotal for maturing data governance across the GMPD Segment. As a Data Governance Specialist and Steward, you'll collaborate with Data Owners, Business Stakeholders, Data Leads, and SMEs to ensure trusted data supports regulatory and business goals. This nationwide FIELD position offers a salary range of $80,900 - $103,950 USD annually, with opportunities to apply comprehensive expertise on complex projects.   • Working with Data Owners to define and progress toward data management maturity targets and quality indexes.
  • Capturing and maintaining data ownership, prioritization, criticality, metadata, and lineage using technical tools.
  • Identifying data quality opportunities via analysis, remediation, process controls, and technology implementations.
  • Presenting insights at Working Groups and Leadership meetings for alignment and approval.
  • Creating and governing current and future state data flows, pinpointing dependencies and integration points.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience & Technical Skills

Candidates should bring 3-5 years of industry experience in data management, governance, healthcare, or supply chain. Experience with Power-Automate, RPA tools, SAP, Collibra, or GCP is highly preferred. Knowledge of Cardinal Health business processes strengthens applications.
