Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

• Ensure accurate GPO Admin Fees and Rebates setup in SAP based on Rebate Instruction Documents, including reconciliation reviews for completeness.
• Create and schedule reporting in Business Objects to provide customer transparency on rebates and fees.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Standards & Compliance teams to prioritize and resolve customer issues timely.
• Partner with your manager on complex customer setups and transactions.
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis on issues, implementing preventative measures to eliminate recurrences.
• Maintain and enhance internal SOX control structures for compliance.
• Identify process improvement initiatives, promoting standardization across Finance Operations.
• Foster collaboration with Sales, Legal, Pricing, Accounting, Contracting, and Revenue Management teams for proper transaction accounting.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, candidates should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3-8 years of relevant experience in Finance, Audit, or Accounting.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Preferred knowledge of SAP, Legal Contracts, Revenue Recognition standards, and Business Objects.
