Our thriving Streets team, part of AECOM’s Transportation Business Line, has a vacancy for an Associate Director to take a leading role within the team in our Birmingham office.
The streets team is growing to cater for an increased workload, particularly in Active Travel, Bus Priority, Highway Improvement and Infrastructure schemes . It provides concept, preliminary and detailed designs, community engagement, project delivery and construction management services on a wide range of multi-disciplinary transportation and urban realm projects and supports other AECOM business lines where their projects have a specialised traffic and highways interface.
The successful candidate will be joining our dedicated team, who are recognised as market leaders in the transportation sector, and are actively involved in the delivery of small to large high profile and impactful projects for a range of both local and national clients.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
As an Associate Director, you will have proven team leadership, business development, project management and project delivery experience. You will have appropriate qualifications and demonstrable experience in a technical lead role.
The role would suit a self-motivated and independent individual, a natural leader, looking to utilise the latest technologies advance their career in a dynamic team.
Whilst AECOM offers the benefits of a flexible hybrid working model, it is anticipated that the successful candidate will work from the office on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday in line with the current working pattern for the Streets team.
