Job Description

We are looking for a technically strong Associate Landscape Architect to join our growing team and help lead the delivery of complex landscape architecture projects across the region. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in managing design teams, developing robust technical solutions, and ensuring quality and consistency from concept through to construction. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between design vision and built reality, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver award-winning landscape environments.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the technical development and delivery of complex landscape architecture projects across all design stages, with a focus on detail design and construction documentation.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.
  • Oversee the preparation of drawings and specifications, and tender documentation with a strong understanding of regional practices.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (urban design, architecture, engineering) and external consultants to ensure design integration and technical coherence.
  • Supervise and mentor junior and mid-level landscape architects, providing guidance on technical detailing, documentation standards, and best practices.
  • Review and approve work produced by the team to ensure quality control and alignment with project requirements and office standards.
  • Provide training and support in software tools, material use, and detailing strategies.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders on technical matters.
  • Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and site visits to provide technical expertise and resolve design or construction issues.
  • Support the preparation of technical reports, design narratives, and presentations.
  • Assist senior leadership in project proposals, fee development, and resource planning as needed.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth of the landscape team by identifying technical gaps and opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in either Architecture or Landscape, if the former candidates should ideally hold an MSc in Landscape
  • 12+ years experience within Landscape Architecture
