Join AECOM's 2025 Graduate Program

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Graduate Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a recent graduate, you will have the opportunity to apply your fresh perspective and innovative ideas to a variety of exciting design projects.

• Create visually appealing designs for both digital and print media
• Collaborate with team members and clients to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions
• Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies
• Assist in maintaining brand consistency across various marketing materials
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to project discussions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field from an accredited University

2. Candidates must be recent 2024 or 2025 graduates to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program.

3. Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) and above.

4. As part of AECOM’s commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE labour law, only

UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role
