Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Organization Interface Manager (IT Interface Manager) - Airport Project to join our team. This position is based on-site, out of Mississauga. We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Delivers specialized project management support to coordinate organizational interfaces and requirements.
  • Collaborates closely with airport departments to manage program impacts and meet departmental needs.
  • Engages with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on consultations and approvals.
  • Works in partnership with the broader program team to schedule and manage reviews, inspections, and approvals.
  • Provides regular updates and reports through the Delivery Cabinet and Interface Management Group, ensuring clear communication of interface risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

In order to be considered for this position, candidates must possess no less than:

  • University Degree + 8 years of relevant experience in project / program management, including on large airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs.

Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered.

Preferred Requirements:

  • A professional designation in a relevant field is considered an asset.
  • Typically possesses 10+ years of experience in project and program management.
  • At least 5 years of experience delivering major airport projects or comparable large-scale infrastructure programs.
  • Proven expertise in project management and/or relevant technical disciplines for the successful delivery of complex initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in the execution of complex infrastructure projects and programs.
  • Strong technical proficiency across all project phases—design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance—with a preference for large aviation-related projects.
  • Extensive experience in managing stakeholder relationships and producing reports that support effective decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to facilitate collaborative meetings and workshops.

Additional Information

This position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week.
