Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Submissions Management

  • Prepare, review, and submit all required documentation to relevant authorities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of local, regional, and national regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including design, engineering, and project management, to gather necessary information for submissions.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders for submission-related matters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with authorities to facilitate the approval process.
  • Address queries and provide additional information or clarifications as requested by regulatory bodies.

Documentation and Compliance

  • Ensure all submission documents are complete, accurate, and meet the required standards.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive database of all submission records, approvals, and correspondence.
  • Monitor changes in regulations and ensure projects comply with the latest requirements.

Project Coordination and Reporting

  • Collaborate with project teams to align submission timelines with overall project schedules.
  • Track the progress of submissions and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks or delays in the submission process and propose solutions to mitigate them.

Process Improvement

  • Evaluate current submission processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement best practices for managing authority submissions across projects.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in regulatory submissions or a similar role.
  • Experience working with government agencies or regulatory bodies e.g. LTA, PUB, NParks, URA etc.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple submissions simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with authorities and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
