AECOM Canada is searching for a Project Control Analyst for a hybrid, full-time position based at Kelowna.
Technical / Functional Expertise:
* Applies education, growing industry knowledge, technical capabilities and experience to perform assignments
* Acquires skills through education, training, and new experiences
* Experiments with new approaches and shares key learnings with team members
Supervision:
* Receives guidance and support on new assignments and begins working independently on more straight-forward tasks
Accountability & Impact:
* Accountable for specific portions of a project or process with general oversight
* Impact of work is typically the employee's team and other internal business areas/project teams
Complexity & Problem-Solving:
* Analyzes issues and applies solutions using standard procedures and known techniques
* Applies judgement within defined parameters to find the best solution
Innovation & Change agility:
* Provides feedback about existing procedures and contributes to new ideas and approaches
* Learns to be responsive to latest information and adapts to modified approaches when circumstances change
Communication / People Skills:
* Exchanges information on routine and non-routine matters and builds relationships across departments
People Development:
* May support development of less experienced colleagues
Minimum Requirements:
University degree in a related discipline (e.g. project management, scheduling, engineering, construction), along with four (2)+ years of related experience in project controls, in the engineering/design/procurement of large capital construction projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $65000 to $80000.
