Job Description

As a Cost Estimator, you will support the cost management team in delivering accurate and reliable cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement services for a wide variety of projects, including industrial, commercial, residential, and infrastructure developments, both nationally and internationally. Working closely under the guidance of other team members you will contribute to the preparation of budgets, cost reports, and tender documentation, while gaining experience across all aspects of cost management and procurement. Also, sometimes you will be asked to work independently. The role is designed to develop your technical and professional skills as part of a structured career path within our organization.

Job Duties

- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.

- Support the preparation and follow up of cost control, tender documentation and procurement processes.

- Work with BIM 5D, Presto, and other digital tools to collect, analyze, and present cost data.

- Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost data is up-to-date and aligned with project objectives.

- Learn and apply company-wide procedures for cost control and reporting.

- Provide support during value engineering and risk analysis exercises.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

- Degree in Arquitectura, Arquitectura Técnica, Ingenierias, Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering, or related discipline.

- 3–5 years of professional experience in cost management, quantity surveying or similar and related roles.

- Knowledge of BIM 5D, Presto, or other cost management software is preferred.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Willingness to work on diverse project types, nationally and internationally.

Preferred Skills

- Experience supporting tender processes and procurement activities.

- Familiarity with usual cost management processes and reporting tools.

- Desire to progress toward professional qualifications (MRICS or Spanish equivalent).
