Job Description

AECOM is seeking a highly motivated person. The Candidate will join the Building & Places Team, which provides services on large-scale real estate and civil engineering projects.

Interfaces with the business line growth team and operations to support the process of winning work. Leads responses to client RFI/RFQ/RFPs and applies standard pursuit processes to ensure efficiency in schedule and bid compliance. Responsible for print, electronic, and oral proposal deliverables. Provides market research and competitive intelligence and leverages data systems and tools to support proposal strategy and business strategic planning efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the timely, compliant, accurate, and compelling development of proposals, ensuring alignment with the Italian public procurement code within the transportation and infrastructure sectors. Leads significant, complex, and high-priority pursuits from the capture phase through to the interview stage, as necessary.
• Demonstrates expertise in capture planning best practices, offering robust support and strategic guidance to capture managers in crafting effective win strategies.
• Acts as a coach for interviews, Q&A sessions, and team preparation for global or critical opportunities.
• Oversees quality reviews of proposals, incorporating lessons learned to enhance the proposal and win plan.
• Performs compliance reviews for priority pursuits, leveraging comprehensive corporate knowledge.
• Evaluates debriefs and integrates insights to refine strategies and review processes.
• Supports the creation of content for websites, brochures, digital media, and thought leadership initiatives in partnership with CAMs or Market Sector Leaders, as required.
• Ensures proposal activities are completed on time and within budget, embedding corporate values and adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.

Qualifications

• +8 years of related experience;
• Fluency in Italian and English;
• Motivated individual with the ability to work independently or as part of a team, with the initiative to complete tasks;
• Excellent planning, organizational skills, and time management.
