Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Sports Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Sports Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing state-of-the-art sports facilities that meet the highest standards of functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.

  • Conceptualize and design sports facilities, including stadiums, arenas, training centers, and recreational complexes
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive design solutions
  • Create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings using CAD software
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sports-specific standards
  • Develop sustainable design strategies to minimize environmental impact and optimize energy efficiency
  • Manage projects from concept to completion, including budget oversight and timeline adherence
  • Present design concepts and progress updates to clients and project teams
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in sports architecture and sustainable design

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • Professional architecture license
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in sports architecture or related field
  • Proven experience with large-scale sports facility projects
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D modeling tools
  • Strong understanding of sports facility regulations and standards
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED certification (preferred)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel as required for project site visits and client meetings
