The AFH Customer Marketing Supervisor role at PepsiCo in Shanghai is a pivotal position within the Away-From-Home (AFH) channel, targeting eateries, theme parks, cinemas, and workplace customers. Contribute to playbook development, run deployment workshops, and track execution across customers, GTM models, perfect store standards, investment, and optimal portfolios. Ensure KPIs are met by market units (MUs) and go-to-market (GTM) teams.
Optimize the IPAR process to accelerate new SKU launches. Act as central leader for regional bidding with specialized pack designs, pricing, value chain, and supply chain coordination. Forecast volumes monthly/quarterly, track achievement rates, and achieve high order fulfillment by engaging supply chain. Manage customer marketing budgets and A&M contract processes.
To succeed in this role, candidates need 4+ years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry, including 2+ years in sales or trade marketing. A strong background in innovation, trade marketing, commercialization, or marketing is essential.
