Role Overview

The AFH Key Accounts Assistant Manager position at PepsiCo in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is a pivotal leadership role within our Away From Home (AFH) sales channel.   • Monitoring market changes through regular visits and reporting to regional managers for informed decision-making.
  • Managing administrative tasks such as stock control, returnable cases, and daily invoicing.
  • Training and developing sales personnel, including RSRs (Route Sales Representatives), to uphold Ownership on Route (OOR) standards.
  • Optimizing routes, managing point-of-purchase (POP) materials, and executing new product launches and merchandising priorities.
  • Building strong relationships with stockists, wholesalers, and on-trade (OT) customers to enhance service and coverage.
  • Forecasting volumes, analyzing performance data, and developing action plans to exceed objectives in revenue, market share, and team development.

Qualifications & Requirements
