The AFH Sales Representative position in Agios Stefanos, Athens, is your gateway to an exhilarating career in the Away From Home (AFH) sector at PepsiCo. This outsourced role focuses on driving sales and execution in non-home consumption channels such as hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering services. PepsiCo values potential and provides training to equip you for success, but we seek candidates with a strong foundation. A Bachelor’s Degree in any field is required. Preferred experience includes 1-2 years in successful sales or consumer goods, with industry knowledge being a plus. Essential skills encompass effective communication, confidence in challenging the status quo, building win-win relationships, acting as an owner, learning agility, dealing with ambiguity, agility/resilience, innovative and critical thinking, and strong analytical/numerical abilities to utilize data for sales growth.
