As an AI/ML Architect - Conversational and Agentic AI at PepsiCo in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced AI solutions. This full-time role focuses on creating intelligent chatbots, voice assistants, and autonomous agents using state-of-the-art technologies like large language models (LLMs), Azure, AWS, Python, and Java. • Architect end-to-end conversational AI systems, including dialog flows, intent recognition, entity extraction, and sentiment analysis using advanced NLP and LLMs.
• Design agentic systems for planning, reasoning, and autonomous execution, integrating tools and APIs.
• Deploy cloud infrastructure on Azure or AWS, leveraging services like Azure CoPilot Studio, AWS Lex, ML/SageMaker, OpenAI, and Bedrock.
• Implement knowledge graphs, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate), and RAG for superior response accuracy.
• Integrate solutions with channels like web, mobile, WhatsApp, social media, and voice interfaces via APIs and microservices.
• Optimize performance, govern compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for impactful delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel, you need proven expertise in:

• Deep knowledge of NLP, dialog management, agent orchestration, and LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with Azure/AWS AI services, Python/Java, Docker, Kubernetes, and frameworks like LangGraph or Crew.ai.
• Skills in data pipelines, vector databases, RAG, CI/CD, and performance monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field; 8+ years in AI/ML architecture preferred.
