Role Overview

CrowdStrike is hiring an AI Platform Owner for our Enterprise AI team in this fully remote role. As the primary owner of internal agent-building platforms, you'll focus on zero and low-code solutions like Gemini Enterprise and ChatGPT Enterprise. This position sits at the crossroads of product management, AI enablement, and our AI Champion advisory group, democratizing AI across the organization. You'll liaise with vendors such as Google and OpenAI, bridge gaps with high-code engineering teams, and drive agentic AI to boost business efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Platform Roadmap & Ownership

Take full ownership of the strategic roadmap for key AI platforms, emphasizing zero and low-code agent builders to optimize internal operations and streamline workflows.

Vendor Partnership

Manage critical relationships with AI platform vendors like Google and OpenAI, overseeing implementations, aligning roadmaps, rolling out features, and resolving technical issues.

Technical AI Leadership

Deliver hands-on expertise in AI agent development and platform deployment. Mentor the AI Champion group to empower departments organization-wide.

Agentic Workflow Design

Leverage agentic best practices to create multi-step, decision-making workflows that automate complex tasks and enhance business efficiency.

Cross-Functional Integration & Bridging

Collaborate with platform owners for seamless integrations across Google Workspace, Slack, ServiceNow, and Salesforce. Gather champion user requirements and partner with high-code teams for custom enhancements.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need 4–8 years of experience managing high-logic, high-volume enterprise SaaS platforms. Preferred AI specialization includes 1–3 years with platforms like Gemini Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, Glean, or Writer. We're seeking proven owners of complex tools such as Marketo, Gainsight, Workday Extend, or iPaaS solutions, coupled with an agentic mindset for branched logic workflows. Bonus experience in regulated sectors like finance, legal, healthcare, or defense; hands-on Python scripting; and prior roles in high-growth cybersecurity or SaaS environments will set you apart.
