The AIDR SE Specialist (Remote, East Coast) role at CrowdStrike positions you at the forefront of AI security innovation. Following our acquisition of Pangea, we're expanding our mission to deliver powerful AIDR solutions that secure agents, AI models, workloads, and workforces using AI. Support early customer interactions by addressing technical questions and guiding proof-of-concept projects to showcase measurable value. Capture innovative use cases, contributing to blogs, guides, and documentation. Thrive in our remote-first environment, collaborating across time zones with occasional flexibility in hours. Your work will empower organizations to protect against AI-specific threats using CrowdStrike's Falcon platform.
Expect to engage technical and business audiences, explain complex AI security concepts, and build integrations that demonstrate real-world value, all while supporting our mission to stop breaches.

Exceptional communication skills are vital for conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences, demos, and proposals. Nice-to-haves include managing edge deployments, Terraform, and moderate DevOps troubleshooting. A background in sales engineering, professional services, or technical support in remote environments, combined with customer compassion and teamwork, sets top candidates apart.
CrowdStrike offers a competitive salary of $135,000 - $205,000 USD annually, with comprehensive benefits tailored to a remote-first lifestyle. Enjoy flexibility to balance work and personal commitments, autonomy in your career, and a supportive culture of compassionate, fun colleagues.
