To excel as an AIDR SE Specialist, bring 5+ years of experience with enterprise software solutions. Key expertise includes deep AI & LLM knowledge: understanding foundation models, vendors, use cases, training, fine-tuning, RAG architectures, agents, agentic AI, and tool usage. AI security proficiency is essential—master prompt injection, PII leakage, data/model poisoning, tampering, extraction, supply chain risks, and mitigation best practices. Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and MITRE ATLAS frameworks is required.

Cloud & DevOps skills cover AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes/EKS/AKS/GKE, Helm, Docker, secret management, IAM policies, storage, and networking. Programming experience involves APIs, HTTP, token authentication, scripting in Python/Node.js, request shaping, and error handling. Exceptional communication skills are vital for conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences, demos, and proposals. Nice-to-haves include managing edge deployments, Terraform, and moderate DevOps troubleshooting.
