The AIDR SE Specialist (Remote) role at CrowdStrike positions you at the forefront of AI-driven cybersecurity innovation. As a Specialist Sales Engineer, you’ll act as a trusted technical advisor, demonstrating how our Falcon platform monitors and secures AI technologies. Guide customers through proof-of-concept projects, ensuring they achieve tangible results with CrowdStrike’s AIDR solutions integrated into the Falcon platform.
Capture innovative use cases, contributing to blog posts, product guides, and technical documentation that highlight real-world AI security applications.
Work seamlessly with a distributed team in our remote-first setup, adapting to time zones to support customers worldwide and foster team success.
Require 5+ years in enterprise software, with foundational AI/LLM knowledge including agents, RAG, MCP, and Agentic AI. Essential AI security understanding covers prompt injection, PII leakage, data poisoning, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, and MITRE ATLAS.
Proficiency in APIs, HTTP structures, token authentication, and scripting in Python, Node.js, or similar for REST integrations.
Strong ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences, deliver demos, and craft architecture proposals. Experience in sales engineering, professional services, or technical support is key, plus familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger Selling, or Value Selling.
Expertise in Identity, DLP, SIEM; cloud security on AWS, GCP, or Azure; proven remote work success; consultative approach with teamwork and proactivity.
