CRYOPROP demo is looking for a Planning consolidation intern. This internship will start ASAP, and will last for a period of 6 months.

You will be part of an ambitious and flexible project execution with a diverse technical team, with partners from worldwide industry and academia, start-ups in a dynamic and emulating environment.

 

Main Missions 

As an intern in planning consolidation (m/f), you will be part of a multinational team in charge of developing an advanced superconducting and cryogenic powertrain to enable high power electric propulsion systems for aircraft application. You will reinforce a dynamic transnational PMO team (Toulouse and Ottobrunn), the main tasks will be.

You will be in charge of supporting the monitoring of the project advancement, in particular the good tracking of deliverables and milestones of the two main demonstrators under construction to demonstrate the maturity of the superconducting and cryogenic powertrain. You will also be responsible for monitoring purchases and payments for both France and Germany. You will prepare project reports for the upper management on a regular basis and help organize events with internal and external stakeholders.


You are passionate about aeronautics, sciences and technologies, have a strong project management background and are the type of person who thinks “how to get things done” rather than “if they can be done”. You work collaboratively, with humility and are a constant learner about how to improve your knowledge and the performance of yourself and the team.

Responsibilities:

  • construction and follow-up of the planning for the two main demonstrators

  • launch and follow-up of purchases for both the French and German teams

  • projects reports to upper management

  • support for the organization of team events
