Job Description:

The jobholder will support the Regional Performance & Logistics Hub Operations Manager to drive and monitor the regional performance of the Spare & Repair activities in APAC, China and India, across key metrics such as back orders, overdues, Aircraft on Ground (AOG) service request, etc.

He/she will be the main Point of Contact for Methods & Tools related to Material Support & Logistics activities in the region and he/she will lead regional improvement transversal actions such as data analytics, dashboard implementation, visual management while ensuring the deployment of our IT tools (e-Ordering, Web MRO) towards our customers in APAC, China and India.
He/she will implement and monitor our regional Logistics Hub forecast & stocking policy objectives including stock collection health & adequacy, fill rate, inventory value, target of % deliveries, etc.

This role will be based in either Alps Avenue, Singapore, or Subang, Malaysia.

  • Support the Regional Performance & Logistics Hub Operations Manager to drive and monitor the regional performance of the Spare & Repair activities in APAC, China and India, across key metrics such as back orders, overdues, AOG service request, etc.;

  • Work in close collaboration with the Customer Centres to implement and collect the KPI's necessary to monitor the local and regional performance;

  • Standardize processes in the different Customer Centres by implementing franchising handbook standards and associated KPIs to ensure robustness and sustainability;

  • Act as the main Point of Contact for Methods & Tools related to Material Support & Logistics activities and lead regional improvement transversal actions such as Data Analytics, Dashboard, Visual management, etc.;

  • Ensure the deployment of our IT tools (e-Ordering, Web MRO) towards our customers in APAC, China and India;

  • Implement and monitor our regional forecast & stocking policy objectives e.g. Fill rate, target of % deliveries;

  • Ensure gathering/exchange of forecast/stocking policy information with strategic customers in the region and work closely with respective Customer Centres (CCs);

  • Lead forecast/stocking policy non-performance root cause analysis and define/implement corrective actions as necessary;

  • Support collection review management, coordinate inputs from Customer Centres in order to improve stock availability in the region;

  • Ensure coherence and airworthiness of inventory stocking policy;

  • Work closely with our Regional Performance & Logistics Hub Operations teams, Warehouse manager and Material Support & Logistics teams in regional CCs + Network management, power-by-the-hour (PBH) team and Stock collection & replenishment teams in our European Head Office in France and Germany to support projects and operations

He/she will report to the Head Of Material Support & Logistics for
Asia-Pacific, China & India regions, with strong functional link to the Regional Performance & Logistics Hub Operations Manager.

The jobholder is expected to hold high standards in the following
areas:

  • Ability to work effectively both in transversal teams and independently

  • Excellent interpersonal/team and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to reach common objectives

  • Good analytical skills, ability to manipulate figures and use IT tools to build dashboard, visual management support

  • Dynamic and open minded, take initiatives and proactive approach in performing all task

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics Operations Management or Business Related Field

  • 3 to 5 years of working experience in Logistics or Supply Chain management including forecasting, inventory management, data analytics

  • Strong data analytics experience and ability to manipulate/cross data and analyse

  • Knowledge of SAP, Excel/Google sheets, Salesforce

  • Working experiences in aviation industry is preferred

  • Coding capability is a plus
