Position Overview
We are looking for a Production Responsible to support the industrial strategy of our production plant within the space division. This key role will be responsible for managing all the structures and launchers production lines: Ariane 6 Pulse Line and the rest of the launchers structure business.

The role also includes supporting the Industrial function for the Ariane 6 ramp up, and also supporting turnaround targets.
 Main Responsibilities

  • To deliver on cost, on quality, on time.
  • Lead all FO activities in Production role.
  • Gathering and analyzing technical and financial data.
  • Lead all Health & Safety routines in the assembly lines.
  • Identifying future needs in production resources, space, and subcontracting.
  • Lead and foster all the improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluating tasks suitable for outsourcing.
  • Coordinating with technical, operational, and business teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Operational Gates strategy implementation.
  • Participate and support all plant routines: MPS, Go meetings...
  • Develop and maintain detailed planning of plant activities.
  • Coordinate and manage internal stakeholders within the plant: quality, logistics, safety, planning, etc.
  • Support for New Program Proposals (BIDs).
  • Contributing to the definition of resources and means required for new programs.
  • Resources and Process Optimization
  • Proposing improvements in layout, production flows, and operational efficiency.
  • Overseeing the implementation of new industrial means.

 Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or similar.
  • Previous experience in plant management, industrial projects, or strategic planning will be appreciated.
  • Knowledge of production processes, investment planning, and subcontracting.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Focus on Health & Safety profile.
