Descriptif des missions proposées

Le service Support aux Opérations Aériennes assure le support et la formation des personnels opérations des compagnies exploitant des ATR (Pilotes, Dispatcher, Ingénieurs).

Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire pour intégrer notre équipe d’ingénieurs et contribuer à l’amélioration des modules de formation destinés aux dispatchers et aux Ingénieurs Flight Ops. En parallèle, la mission inclura la création de supports de communication technique à destination des opérateurs ATR, afin de sensibiliser les pilotes aux spécificités des opérations ATR (Performance, Safety, W&B, Fuel Saving, etc.).

Vos missions incluront :

  • La révision des modules de formation destinés aux dispatchers ainsi qu’à celle du cours «Performance avion ». L’objectif initial est d’améliorer les supports pédagogiques, tant sur le plan du design que sur la qualité des exercices, afin d’élever le niveau global de ces formations et de les aligner sur les standards des autres cours.
  • La création de divers supports de communication, des vidéos, des e-learning, des posters avec des messages clés. Il sera essentiel de se concentrer sur la création de contenus captivants et soignés afin de retenir l'attention du public ciblé.

Ce stage est fait pour vous:

  • Précisez le diplôme recherché idéalement : 2ème année d’école d’ingénieur aéronautique
  • Précisez les compétences techniques recherchées : Connaissance générale aéronautique, connaissance outil Powerpoint et aisance d’utilisation
  • Précisez les savoir être recherchés : Curiosité / Motivation /Rigueur / Créativité
  • Précisez les langues nécessaires : Anglais / Français

Detailed description of the mission

The Flight Operations Support department provides support and training to operations personnel of airlines operating ATR aircraft (Pilots, Dispatchers, Engineers).

We are looking for an intern to join our team of engineers and contribute to improving training modules for Dispatchers and Flight Ops Engineers. In parallel, the role will include creating technical communication materials for ATR operators, with the aim of raising pilot awareness of ATR operational specifics (Performance, Safety, W&B, Fuel Saving, etc.).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing training modules for Dispatchers as well as the “Aircraft Performance” course. The initial goal is to enhance the training materials, both in terms of design and the quality of exercises, to improve the overall standard of these courses and align them with other training programs.
  • Creating various communication materials such as videos, e-learning content, and posters with key messages. It will be essential to focus on producing engaging and polished content to capture the attention of ATR Pilots.

This internship is designed for you

  • Precize diploma and school : 2nd year student in an engineering school specializing in aeronautics.
  • Precize hard skills needed: Basic knowledge in aeronautics. Good knowledge of PowerPoint and ease of use.
  • Precize soft skills needed: Curiosity / Motivation / Rigor / Creativity.
  • Precize language needed: English / French
