Within the Digital (D) function, the Governance and Transformation department plays a key transversal role in enabling the Digital Transformation, from FRAMING - expressing strategic intentions and defining simple, flexible and scalable frames - to SUPPORTING Domains and PSL’s while ensuring alignment between functions and divisions - to REPORTING through consolidated views, highlighting hotspots and relevant needs for support & decision-making. 

Within the Functional management of Governance, we are looking for a Performance Management Executive with data analytics background and fullstack skills. 

He/She will be responsible for the team of Performance activities carried out Globally across the Roofs and insightful data is published Monthly/Quarterly to the Central Leadership Team with the alignment of the International Business Partners.

  • Full stack development

  • Python,Java script

  • Data Analytics

  • Team player 

  • Strong stakeholder management

  • Speak up & able to adjust communication style to all levels of the organization

  • Good understanding/experience in audits.

  • Good listening, problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • Negotiation level of English

  • Working experience on G-Suite is a plus.

Qualification: Any Graduate / Post-graduate degree (B.E/BTec, MBA)

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

Performance Management:

  • Support the KPI Owner in preparing the Templates in alignment with the Targets

  • Able to Design and implement robust KPI data templates in accordance with the KPI templates that align with approved definitions and ensure seamless integration with primary data providers.

  • Interface  with India regions and global teams  to align on KPI's trees.

  • Collect, aggregate, and consolidate raw data and transform it to visualize in dashboards.

  • Build automation to maintain the Data Consistency for Performance Reviews

  • Drive the continuous improvement of our way of working in Performance Management  in collaboration with key stakeholders

  • Act as focal point for Digital Domains to provide guidance on all regions KPI’s

  • Reporting on defined cadence.

Process Performance Indicators Management:

  • Proactively connect with stakeholders to Validate Performance Metrics thus enabling the Projects to adhere to the Airbus’ internal Digital Operating process (EN.IM process).

  • Ensuring Validation of the Projects Implementing Process Performance Indicator

  • Facilitating the Project teams to prepare for Audits related to Project Performance 

  • Representing the Function’s Project Performance vertical during Audits 

  • Monitor the status/conditions of the Projects and report it in the respective forums (PMT Dialogue)

  • Act as focal point for Digital Domains to provide guidance on PPI’s (Process Performance Indicators)

  • Reporting on defined cadence.

This job requires domestic/international  travel.
