AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover I 2026/2027 - Starting date 2nd March 2026 until 26th February.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
 

The selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026.
 

What does this internship consists in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early March 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for allpurposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
 

Internship Job Description:

- Development & Migration of Tablada Visual Production Management System based in Qlik.

1. Develop a new Visualization System for having a clear view of situation of an aircraft / element due to an obsolescence of the actual system based in Spotfire Desktop 7.14.

2. Data migration from Spotfire to Qlik with validation of data owners of differents programs. 

3. Develop some capabilities in order to allow business to take the right actions based in data analytics. 

4. Implement this tool in all production areas. 

- Tools used: Qlik, Spotfire & Demat

- Lean Tools.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- - Degree in Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or similar.

- Ability to analyze data and generate clear and concise reports.

- Proficiency in computer tools, especially spreadsheets (Excel).

- Capacity to work in a team and communicate effectively.

- Level C1 English. Knowledge of other languages will be valued.

- Level B1 Spanish.

- Proactivity, initiative, and learning ability.

- Availability to join during the indicated period (2026-2027).
