AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover I 2026/2027 - Starting date 2nd March 2026 until 26th February.


We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.


The selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026.


What does this internship consists in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.


You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early March 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all
purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Are you ready to contribute to the cutting edge of aerospace engineering? Join our dynamic Mass Properties team and gain hands-on experience in the critical field of aircraft weight control. You'll dive into the entire lifecycle of an aircraft, understanding how mass properties impact design, manufacturing, and even customer service.

As part of our Spanish team, you'll focus on the Rear Fuselage and Empennage (RFE), playing a key role in weight control activities and aircraft customization, for all aircraft programs.. You'll have the chance to develop innovative tools that boost efficiency on our aircraft customization tasks. 

Due to our international setup, this will be a unique opportunity to collaborate with other members in France, Germany, UK and India, while learning from experts, and receiving local support for your professional growth."
