Descrição da vaga: Estágio em Segurança Operacional
Localidade: Itajubá - MG
Modalidade: Presencial

Horário: das 7h às 14h

Principais atividades:

• Contribuir na gestão das viagens e das atividades promocionais de segurança operacional.

• Apoiar na execução do Programa de prevenção do risco associado ao uso indevido de substâncias psicoativas (PPSP).

• Auxiliar na atualização indicadores de segurança operacional e informações disponíveis em planilhas de controle e plataformas utilizadas pela AIRBUS | HELIBRAS.

• Apoiar na elaboração de atas, ofícios e documentos em geral.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

• Cursando ensino superior em  Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia Mecânica Aeronáutica, Ciências Aeronáuticas ou Administração. 

• Inglês intermediário;

• Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de Itajubá por no mínimo 1 ano;

• Candidatos internos: favor atentar-se a regra de ouro.

Competências desejáveis:

• Organização e boa comunicação;

• Noções de gestão financeira e uso de sistemas ERP (como SAP);

• Familiaridade com ferramentas de qualidade (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa) .

Position description: Operational Safety Internship

Location: Itajubá - MG

Type: In-person

Hours: 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Main activities:

• Contribute to the management of travel and operational safety promotional activities.

• Support the implementation of the Program for the Prevention of Risks Associated with the Misuse of Psychoactive Substances (PPSP).

• Assist in updating operational safety indicators and information available in control spreadsheets and platforms used by AIRBUS | HELIBRAS.

• Support the preparation of minutes, official letters, and documents in general.

Mandatory requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Sciences, or Administration.

• Intermediate English;

• Availability to intern in person (30 hours per week) at Helibras in Itajubá for at least 1 year;

• Internal candidates: please note the golden rule.

Desirable skills:

• Organization and good communication;

• Basic knowledge of financial management and use of ERP systems (such as SAP);

• Familiarity with quality tools (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa).
