Accountabilities

 

FHS TSP Engineer- Fleet Configuration and Continued Airworthiness  is responsible for oversight of fleet configuration and continued airworthiness of TSP services provided to AIC TSP 

 

He/she is responsible for oversight of on-time, on-quality delivery of services, including quality of data in IT Tools (including but not limited to MIS) 

 

FHS TSP Engineer- Fleet Configuration and Continued Airworthiness is responsible to oversee compliance of the service to local Airworthiness regulation, and to FHS Continued Airworthiness Management directives.

 

FHS TSP Engineer- Fleet Configuration and Continued Airworthiness  ensures the whole AIC TSP Fleet Configuration and Continued Airworthiness team is well integrated in the worldwide FHS-TSP/FTM community, by applying AIRBUS common Processes Methods and Tools, and by organizing participation to best practices sharing, improvement projects, ad-hoc support, training... with other entities.  He/she shall bring necessary technical expertise to the team & represent organization in regards to technical activities towards Customer or MRO as necessary


Main activities

 

Independently verify aircraft configuration status as maintained by Customer Records/ Configuration teams - Maintain independent oversight of fleet configuration (Component Trees, Constituent Assemblies, Empty Positions, LDND consistency, AMOS transactions by Customer, OT, OQ closure of performed tasks necessary to carry out AIB FTM deliverables) 

 

Maintain independent oversight of aircraft airworthiness status (ARC, ADs, SBs, LLPs, TCIs etc.).

 

Coordinate with Customer Technical Records and other necessary stakeholders to ensure Fleet Technical Management Deliverables such as Planning & Engineering are performed in related timeframes, this would also include the need to pull data, records,certifications etc. if not available systematically from the customer.

 

Oversee compliance of the maintenance programs, defect management, Service Bulletins , airworthiness directives & other critical deliverables.

 

Provide alerts/escalations for any non-compliance or approaching deadlines & Escalate non-compliances, overdue tasks, or systemic weaknesses.

 

Flag high-risk defects that may affect airworthiness or dispatch reliability.

Ensure reliability findings and safety recommendations are actioned by responsible departments.

 

Escalate significant risks, delays, or compliance gaps to FHS TSP Manager Fleet Configuration and Continued Airworthiness.

As FHS TSP Engineer- Fleet Configuration and Continued Airworthiness reporting to the FHS TSP Manager Fleet Configuration and Continued Airworthiness and act as a first point of contact within the FHS TSP for Fleet Configuration and CAM related topics:

 

Participate and Support Regional CAM Leader in the various CAM reviews.

Escalating relevant subjects/observations from the different TSP/FTM domains to Regional TSP CAM leader for information or review.

Supporting the resolution of FTM relevant issues involving contribution from the region. Also guaranteeing that the ones related to SMS are well escalated to the SMS representative(s)

Ensuring proper coordination of CAM transverse topics between the local FTM teams

Foster collaboration between execution teams (Engineering, Planning, MOC, Technical Records) and oversight functions (CAM Cell).

Support in feeding data into SMS (Safety Management System) reporting chain.

Monitor CAM Cell outputs and enforce corrective/preventive actions where systemic risks are identified.
