Your mission:
An internship opportunity titled : « Development of methodology for the prediction of failure root cause analysis of materials/ parts » has just opened at Airbus India Pvt Ltd located in Bangalore. You will join the Structures department.
Ideally, this is a 6 month internship and it should start in Jan 2026 (date subject to flexibility).
Your main missions will consist of :
Development of methodology for the prediction of failure root cause analysis using historical cases and plans to mitigate them.
Use the historical cases ( analysis, images, conclusions) to come up with a methodology which simplifies/ augments a new FA case and also suggestions for new designs based on the learnings.
Technical skills :
- Strong fundamentals on materials science, metals, composites, material failures
- knowledge of programming C, Python etc.
- Preferred knowledge on AI/ML applications in materials science
Expected academic background: Material science / metallurgy with AI/ML exposure
