SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic AI Developer Intern to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI solutions.

This internship offers a unique opportunity for aspiring AI professionals to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The intern will work alongside experienced Flight Operations Engineers contributing to Flight Operations Manuals authoring activities to gain valuable insights for his or her full AI development project.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and evaluate the machine learning and deep learning models for various applications

• Prepare and transform large datasets for model training, ensuring data quality and consistency

• Implement and optimize AI algorithms and neural networks using relevant frameworks and libraries

• Run experiments, analyze model performance, identify areas for improvement, and troubleshoot issues

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Flight Operations Engineers, IT support, Network team, to integrate AI solutions into existing systems

• Maintain clear and concise documentation of models, code, experiments and findings

• Develop proof-of-concept prototypes for new AI-driven features or solutions

• Other duties reasonably determined from time to time by the Company

Personal & Interpersonal Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Engineering or a related quantitative field

• Strong foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, deep learning and relevant algorithms

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in at least one major programming language commonly used in AI development

• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and libraries

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to approach complex challenges creatively

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
